This specimen was lot 32474 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Elizabeth II Proof 50 Dollars 2009 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC, Perth mint. A perfect "70" proof coin, made of .9995 platinum. One of the first 350 struck." Since 1989, Australia has entered the bullion and collectibles market in a big way, having produced commemoratives and NCLT's numbering in the hundreds of types. This type was also struck in gold (KM 1227).
