This specimen was lot 23180 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (Newport Beach, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $600. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. Sovereign, 1916-P. Perth Mint. PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield. A bright, boldly struck and lustrous Sovereign. Sold with certificate of authenticity. From the Collection of Richard Jewell." This date, from a type struck 1911-31 at Perth (shown here), Melbourne and Sydney, is common.
