This specimen was lot 707 in Sedwick Treasure Auction 28 (Winter Park, FL, November 2020), where it sold for $510. The catalog description[1] noted, "Argentina, copper 1 centavo, 1882, close 2, NGC MS 63 BN, finest known in NGC census. Scarce issue, this example the finer of just two in the NGC census by eight grades, with lovely lustrous surfaces and choice details in deep bronze color all over, a few minor bagmarks on Liberty side." This type was struck 1882-96. It is common in low grade but this is a better date.

Recorded mintage: 108,000, a better date.
