Stack's Bowers November 2025 Collectors Choice sale, lot 76101

This specimen was lot 76101 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "ANGUILLA. 2 Dollars, 1969. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-66 Ultra Cameo." This NCLT honoring the new flag of Anguilla was also struck in 1970. Just about all of the island's coinage was struck in 1969-70. The East Caribbean dollar (US$1 = EC$2.70) is used for ordinary transactions.

Recorded mintage: 4,150.

Specification: 14.14 g, 0.999 fine silver, 30 mm diameter.
