This specimen was lot 3450 in Goldberg sale 85 (Los Angeles, June 2015), where it sold for $153. The catalog description[1] noted, "Albania. 10 Lek, 1939-R. Vittorio Emanuele III. NGC graded MS-62." This and the accompanying five lek (KM 33) are the only silver coins issued by the Fascist administration of Albania during its brief rule (1939-43) over Albania.

Recorded mintage: 175,000.

Specification: 10 g, 0.835 fine silver.
