This specimen was lot 5285 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €550 (about US$766 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"AACHEN, STADT, Reichstaler 1573, mit Titel Maximilians II. Sehr seltener Jahrgang. Schön-sehr schön. (Germany, city of Aachen, thaler of 1573, struck in the name of Maximilian II. Very rare date, fine to very fine.)"

This type was struck 1571, 1573, 1575 and is not common.
