This specimen was lot 21006 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Las Vegas, August 2020), where it sold for $5,520. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. 200 Dollars, 2004. Perth Mint. PCGS PROOF-70 Deep Cameo Gold Shield. A perfect coin from this series that is made collectible by its shockingly low mintages and one-off designs that feature the beloved Australian kangaroo."
