This specimen was lot 927 in Ponterio sale 164 (New York, January 2012), where it sold for $1,035. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL. Mohar, VS 1998 (1941). NGC MS-62." This issue of king Tribhuvana Bir Bikram (r. 1911-50) is listed for VS 1969-2005 (common era 1912-48). No date is given a premium, more likely due to lack of interest than any variation in rarity. Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 5.6 g, gold.

Catalog reference: Fr-27; KM-702.
