This specimen was lot 75718 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "ISLAMIC KINGDOMS. Khanate of Ganja. Abbasi, AH 1195 (1780/81). Muhammad Hasan Khan. NGC MS-63." Wikipedia comments, "The Ganja Khanate (also spelled Ganjeh; Persian: خانات گنجه, romanized: Khānāt-e Ganjeh) was a khanate under Iranian suzerainty, which controlled the town of Ganja and its surroundings, now located in present-day Azerbaijan." This type is listed in the SCWC for AH 1189-1195 and has a modest catalog value.
