This specimen was lot 3493 in Goldberg sale 85 (Los Angeles, June 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Australia. Florin, 1962 (m). Elizabeth II. NGC graded Proof 66." The SCWC lists this type for 1956-63. This date, from the Melbourne mint, is common, tho proofs are scarce.
Recorded mintage: 13,748,000 plus 2,016 proofs.
Specification: 11.31 g, 0.500 fine silver, 28.5 mm diameter.
