This specimen was lot 1236 in Sincona sale 76 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 8,000 CHF (about US$9,711 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALY | Parma. Ottavio Farnese, 1547-1586. 1/2 Scudo 1574. Brustbild im antiken Harnisch von vorn mit nach rechts gewandtem Kopf. Rv. Die drei Grazien, zu ihren Füssen das Wappen von Parma. Sehr selten. Gutes sehr schön. NGC VF35. (Italy, duchy of Parma, Octavius Farnese, 1547-86, half scudo of 1574. Obverse: armored bust left; reverse: the three Graces dance atop the ducal arms. Very rare, Good very fine.)"
