This specimen was lot 31812 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $199.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Oscar I 2/3 Skilling 1849/4, MS64 Red Brown NGC. A superb piece with virtually full mint red and excellent eye appeal. Very scarce in this elite quality. Ex: 'Colonel' E.H.R. Green; Green Estate' Partnership of Eric P Newman/B.G. Johnson."
