This specimen was lot 733 in Jean Elsen sale 115 (Brussels, December 2012) where it sold for €480 (about US$733 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NAMUR, Comté, Philippe II (1555-1598), AR écu Philippe, 1592, Droit: B. cuirassé à gauche. Revers: Ecu couronné sur une croix de Bourgogne, entre deux briquets, portant le bijou de la Toison d'or. HSA 18455. Très Beau. (county of Namur, Phlip II (1555-98), silver écu of 1592. Obverse: armored bust to right; reverse: crowned arms over a Burgundian cross with the jewels of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Very fine.)"

The county of Namur is to the south of Brabant and remained Catholic and loyal to Spain. It is today part of Belgium.
