This type was struck at Copenhagen for Denmark 1948-55. The design continued in production until 1960 with the initials changed to CS (KM 841.2). Altho some of the dates are slightly scarce in choice condition, the 1953 is common. This module was used from 1924 until the denomination was retired in 1988 and demonetized the following year.

Recorded mintage: 11,946, 000.

Specification: 2.95 g, copper-nickel, 17.9 mm diameter.
