This specimen was lot 1073 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK: Christian X, 1912-1947, copper-nickel 10 øre, 1947 N GJ, key date, and extremely rare in this quality, highest graded by PCGS (the next highest only MS63), PCGS graded MS66." This common type was issued 1929-41 and 1946-47; zinc versions (KM 822.2a) were issued during the Nazi occupation.
Recorded mintage: 1,292,000.
