The coin shown is a gold sultani from the fourth year of reign of Sultan Sulieman the Magnificent. This specimen was lot 432 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $763.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "OTTOMAN EMPIRE: Süleyman I, 1520-1566, AV sultani, Misr, AH930, VF, ex Hazerfans Collection."
