The Kathiri State of the Seiyun & Tarim is an area in the eastern part of present-day Yemen. It later formed part of the Protectorate of South Arabia, which was eventually annexed by South Arabia, and became part of the Peoples Democratic Republic of Yemen. The example shown is a an aluminum-bronze medallic coin from the Kingdom of Tarim.
