This specimen was lot 32457 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $480. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 1/2 Penny 1925 MS64 Brown NGC. Deep chocolate brown color with a near perfect strike. A most elusive early date in mint state. One of the finest available of this date." The type was struck 1911-36 at London, Calcutta, Melbourne (shown here), Sydney and Heaton. A better date in choice condition.
