This specimen was lot 3138 in Sincona sale 91 (Zurich, May 2024), where it sold for 160 CHF (about US$215 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Bern, Stadt und Kanton, Vierer 1707, Bern. Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Switzerland, canton of Bern, vierer of 1707, Bern mint. Very fine-extremely fine.)"
This type was struck 1707 and 1731-32. Other half kreuzers struck in the 1730's featured a different reverse.
