This specimen was lot 40543 in Ponterio sale 168 (Philadelphia, August 2012), where it sold for $1,552. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Reuss-Obergreiz. Taler, 1858-A. NGC MS-66. One year type. Toned with lustrous highlights." Reuss was one of the splinter states of Saxon Thuringia and itself underwent several divisions. Many rulers were named Heinrich and several lines consolidated their numbering, resulting in this prince becoming Heinrich the twentieth. Reuss-Schleiz was the only line to survive into the unified empire. This type is fairly common.
