"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1793, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. 1.5 roubles according to Petrov. 3 roubles according to Ilyin. Good very fine."
The catalog description[1] This type was issued from St. Petersburg (shown here) and Moscow 1764-96, after which the denomination was suspended for many years. This subtype was struck 1783-93.
