The specimen shown is a half real struck at the Cuzco mint in 1833, while the republic was still intact. In this year the mint name was written out in full. The Cuzco mint operated intermittently through its history but was busiest in the 1820's and 1830's.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 1.69 g, 903 fine silver, 0.0490 troy oz ASW.
