This specimen was lot 56907 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Pittsburgh, PA, August 2023), where it sold for $240. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAMAICA. Farthing (1/4 Penny), 1895. London Mint. Victoria. PCGS MS-64." This type was struck 1880-1901. Common in low grade, it is scarce choice. Copper-nickel was used instead of the usual bronze in deference to the tropical climate.
