This specimen features Oudiné's portrait of liberty, used on the fifty centavos in 1941 and 1957-61, whereupon the denomination was terminated. This one year type is common in all grades.

Recorded mintage: 1,000,000.

Specification: 6 g, nickel, 24.5 mm diameter.
