This specimen was lot 3419 in Sincona sale 70 (Zurich, May 2021), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$133 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWITZERLAND | Lucerne | Stadt und Kanton. 4 Batzen 1744, Luzern. Selten. Gutes sehr schön. (Switzerland, canton of Lucerne, four batzen of 1744, Luzern mint. Rare, Good very fine.)"
This was the only issue of this denomination in this canton in the eighteenth century. It also exists in klippe format. Four batzen = 16 kreuzer = 1/10 thaler.
