Austria 1908 10 corona
This specimen was lot 1674 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabruck, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €300 (about US$418 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"KAISERREICH ÖSTERREICH, Franz Josef I. 1848-1916. 10 Kronen 1908, Wien, auf sein 60jähriges Regierungsjubiläum. GOLD. Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, ten corona of 1908, Vienna mint, on the 60th anniversary of his reign. extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
The regular issue of gold ten corona (KM 2805) was interrupted in 1908 for this commemorative. Silver one and five corona and gold twenty and 100 corona were also struck for this occasion.
