This specimen was lot 333 in Sincona sale 69 (Zurich, May 2021), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$332 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND | Empire | Preussen, Königreich. Wilhelm II. 1888-1918. 10 Mark 1893 A, Berlin. NGC MS63. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, William II, 1888-1918, ten mark of 1893, Berlin mint. Choice uncirculated.)"
This type, issued 1890-1913, is common and is a product of the Berlin mint (mintmark "A").
