This specimen was lot 5656 in Sincona sale 35 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 1,000 CHF (about US$1,187 including buyer's fees). The catalog description^[1] noted,

"Confederation, 100 Franken 1998. 200 Jahre Helvetische Republik. Ohne Etui. Polierte Platte. FDC. (Swiss confederation, hundred francs of 1998, on the bicentennial of the Helvetic Republic. Choice Proof.)"

Recorded mintage: 2,500 proofs.
