This specimen was lot 2970 in Sincona sale 57 (Zürich, May 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"GREAT BRITAIN | Königreich, Charles II. 1660-1685. 1/2 Crown 1663, London. Regierungsjahr XV. Selten in dieser Erhaltung. (kingdom of Great Britain, Charles II, 1660-85, half crown of 1663, London mint, regnal year XV. Rare in this condition. NGC AU58.)"
Tho half crowns are known from most of Charles' reign, this particular bust was used 1663 only. It is rather expensive, even in circulated condition, and the price ascends rapidly with grade.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: silver.
