This specimen was lot 2966 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "MUGHAL: Farrukhsiyar, 1713-1719, AR rupee, Ujjain, year 7, EF, ex Fuller Collection." The Mughal Empire dominated India during the seventeenth century but broke up in the eighteenth century under external attack, Hindu rebellion and civil war. This collapse allowed European colonizers entry into the subcontinent and eventual British control. This type was struck regnal years 2-8 at Ujjain. The type is listed for over sixty mints.
