Mexico 1952 centavo
In 1949, the mint suspended the production of bronze centavos and in 1950 introduced this brass centavo of reduced weight. It was struck every year during 1950-69 and all dates are readily available altho assembling a set of unspotted specimens is a challenge. The superseding design (KM 418) was reduced to 1.5 grams.
