This specimen was lot 427 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 60 CHF (about US$91 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 1 Penni 1904, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS63 RD. Rotkupfer, Red copper."
This is a fairly common date of a type struck 1895, 1898-1916 for Nicholas II. The prior type varied only in the imperial monogram.
Recorded mintage: 500,000.
Specification: 1.26 g, copper, 15 mm diameter.
