This specimen was lot 31727 in Heritage sale 3073 (Chicago, April 2019), where it sold for $2,160. The catalog description[1] noted, "Elizabeth Polupoltinnik (1/4 Rouble) 1752 MMД-E MS64 NGC, Red mint. Obv. Crowned bust of Elizabeth right. Rev. Crowned double-headed eagle with date above. Full, brilliant white luster with surfaces free of all but a few minor marks. Rare in this choice condition." During Elizabeth's reign, quarter rubles were minted only at Moscow. This type of 1751-54 is noted as fairly common.

Recorded mintage: 248,000 including mintmaster ІШ.
