"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 1 Penni 1911, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS64 RD. Rotkupfer, Red copper."
This is a common date of a type struck 1895, 1898-1916 for Nicholas II. The prior type varied only in the imperial monogram.
