Künker Auction 426, lot 3220

This specimen was lot 3220 in Künker Auction 426 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €220 (about US$312 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"HABSBURGISCHE ERBLANDE-ÖSTERREICH · DIE GEISTLICHKEIT IN DEN HABSBURGISCHEN ERBLANDEN, SALZBURG, ERZBISTUM Johann Jakob Khuen von Belasi, 1560-1586. Taler 1566. Hübsche Patina, sehr schön. (archbishopric of Salzburg, Johann Jakob Khuen von Belasi, 1560-86, thaler of 1566. Handsome patina, very fine.)"

The SCWC lists this type for 1565 only but others are known dated 1561 or undated. St. Rupert also comes in different poses.
