This specimen was lot 1916 in Goldberg sale 112 (Los Angeles, September 2019), where it sold for $570. The catalog description[1] noted, "Thailand. 2000 Baht, 1997. Rama IX. "UNICEF". NGC graded Proof 69 Ultra Cameo." This is the only issue of this denomination mentioned in the SCWC. It was actually minted and distributed in 1998.

Recorded mintage: 1,290.

Specification: 6.22 g, 0.999 fine gold, 22 mm diameter, 0.1998 ounce AGW.
