This specimen was lot 34413 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $492. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain: Elizabeth II silver Proof "Britannia - 20th Anniversary Privy" 10 Pounds (5 oz) 2017 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC. One of the first 100 pieces struck of this most recent rendition of the popular Britannia series, featuring a highly frosted and deeply impressed design. Comes with case of issue and COA #6." The SCWC and Friedberg have been slow to add new issues to their listings and these pieces, tho now five years old, still don't have catalog numbers.
