This specimen was lot 3485 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €4,100 (about US$5,526 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BAYERN, HERZOGTUM, Albert IV. der Weise, 1465-1508. Goldgulden 1506, München. Variante mit dem Kind auf dem rechten Arm der Madonna. GOLD. R Attraktives Exemplar mit feiner Goldpatina, sehr schön +. (Germany, duchy of Bavaria, Albert IV the Wise, 1465-1508, goldgulden of 1506, Munich mint, variety with the Child on the right arm of the Madonna. Scarce, attractive example with fine gold patina, very fine or better.)"
The other goldgulden of 1506 (Fr-178) has the infant Jesus seated on Mary's left arm.
