Bavaria 1506 gold gulden Fr-178

This specimen was lot 3486 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €3,400 (about US$4,583 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BAYERN, HERZOGTUM, Albert IV. der Weise, 1465-1508. Goldgulden 1506, München. GOLD. R Sehr schön +. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 108, Osnabrück 2006, Nr. 19. (Germany, duchy of Bavaria, Albert IV the Wise, 1465-1508, goldgulden of 1506, Munich mint. Scarce, very fine or better.)"
The other goldgulden of 1506 (Fr-177) has the infant Jesus seated on Mary's right arm.
Recorded mintage: unknown but rare.
