This specimen was lot 188 in Sincona sale 88 (Zurich, May 2024), where it sold for 50,000 CHF (about US$66,070 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"IRAN, Qajar Dynasty, Mohammad Shah, 1250-1264 AH (1834-1848). 5 Toman 1251 AH (1835), Isfahan Mint. Struck on the occasion of his second coronation in 1251 AH. Von grösster Seltenheit. Einziges bekanntes Exemplar. Unpubliziert. Unikat, Henkelspur; Of the highest rarity. The only known specimen. Unpublished. Unique. NGC XF Details. Mount mark. Purchased from Baldwin's, Dubai, in 2000."
