This type was issued 1661-86 from Kremnitz with a very similar coin (KM 191) issued 1674-95 from Nagybanya. In German, this coin was also known as a 15 kreuzer. At the time, 60 krajczer = 1 forint, 2 forint = 1 thaler; 15 krajczar = 1/8 thaler. Hungary in the 1680's was in the process of being "liberated" from the Turks by the Austrians. This specimen was lot 71038 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it sold for $132. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY. 15 Krajczar, 1684-KB. Leopold I (1657-1705). NGC MS-62. Sharp strike with excellent detail on the bust. Good luster and some light toning."
