This specimen was lot 1804 in Sincona sale 38 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$960 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Karl VI. 1711-1740 Vierteldukat 1734 (aus 1733). Prag. Fast vorzüglich. (Holy Roman Empire, Charles VI, 1711-40, quarter ducat of 1734 over 1733, Prague mint. About extremely fine.)"
This quarter ducat was minted in Prague 1720, 1725-26, 1729-37, at a time when the other Austrian mints were not issuing this denomination. This specimen realized double the catalog value.
