This specimen was lot 2384 in Goldberg sale 91 (Los Angeles, June 2016), where it sold for $734.37. The catalog description[1] noted, "Kuwait. 50 Dinars, 1996 NGC PF68 UC. For the 35th Anniversary of the National Day. Palace. Reverse: Flag on building. NGC graded Proof 68 Ultra Cameo." The SCWC consigns it to the Unusual World Coins and it is not mentioned in Friedberg. It does not bear a denomination or a Muslim date.
