Künker sale 294, lot 3489

This specimen was lot 3489 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €4,600 (about US$6,200 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BAYERN, HERZOGTUM, SEIT 1623 KURFÜRSTENTUM, Maximilian II. Emanuel, 1679-1726. Dukat 1687, München. GOLD. RR Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, electorate of Bavaria, Maximilian II Emanuel, 1679-1726, ducat of 1687, Munich mint. Rare, very fine to extremely fine.)"
