This specimen was lot 3094 in Goldberg sale 98 (Los Angeles, June 2017), where it sold for $94. The catalog description[1] noted, "Israel. 5 Lirot, 1958. Menorah. Lightly toned. NGC graded Proof 64. WINGS." Massive influx of aid from the United States fueled inflation and coinage reforms in 1960, 1980 and 1985.
Recorded mintage: 97,860 plus 2,000 proofs.
Specification: 25 g, .900 fine silver, 34 mm diameter.
