This specimen was lot 1280 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $333.20. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOMBAY PRESIDENCY: AE ½ pice, 1791, East India Company issue, proof struck at Matthew Boulton's Soho Mint, Birmingham, NGC graded PF65 BR." This type was also issued in 1794 along with one, and two pice.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specifications: 3.23 g, copper, 20 mm diameter.
