This specimen was lot 2955 in Goldberg sale 91 (Los Angeles, June 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Great Britain]]. Florin, 1924 Brilliant Unc. George V. Obverse portrait of king left by Mackennal. Reverse, crowned cruciform shields. Uncirculated and scarce in this grade. Brilliant Uncirculated." This type was struck in large numbers 1911-19, then reduced to .500 fine for 1920-26. A different reverse was used 1927-36.

This specimen was lot 2955 in Goldberg sale 91 (Los Angeles, June 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain. Florin, 1924 Brilliant Unc. George V.
