This specimen was lot 2631 in Goldberg sale 103 (Los Angeles, February 2018), where it sold for $323.12. The catalog description[1] noted, "Netherlands. 10 Euro, 2009. For the 400th Anniversary of Dutch Settlement in Manhattan. Tied for finest graded. NGC graded MS-70." This denomination is used exclusively for commemoratives.
