This specimen was lot 3972 in Sincona sale 18 (Zürich, May 2014), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"5 Pengö 1938. Fast FDC. (Hungary, five pengo of 1938, choice uncirculated.)"
This issue honors St. Stephen, the first Christian king of Hungary.
Recorded mintage: 600,000 plus restrikes.
Specification: 25 g, 0.640 fine silver, this specimen 25.05 g.
