This specimen was lot 33897 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $516. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Prussia. Wilhelm II 2 Mark 1892-A MS62 NGC, Berlin mint. An especially low-mintage date within the series, seldom found in Mint State with none seen finer at NGC--the next highest being a mere VF." This type was struck 1891-1912. It is common altho this is a rare date.

Specification: 11.11 g, 0.900 fine silver, reeded edge.
